LearningLab ”Memories” video

Expology works continuously on the development and adjustment of modules on our technological platform LearningLab. The latest module for this platform is “Memories”, which we developed for VILVITE the Science Centre in Bergen. The aim of LearningLab’s “Memories” is to create a deeper understanding of the activities at an experience centre or interactive exhibition. “Memories” makes it possible to store personal experiences, take them home and continue working on them. It extends the experience, increases the degree of personal relevance and enhances the teaching effect.

Being able to see and hear one’s self is central to Expology’s solutions. The majority of them generate data in the form of sound, pictures, video and text. With the aid of RFID identification, the data is allocated to the individual user. The user is then able to share their experiences with friends and family on a personal webpage. In order to increase the learning effect, the personal webpage gives access to information and assignments connected to the different attractions.
