Tschudi Shipping Company’s 125 year Jubilee celebration

The assignment was to tell the story of the Tschudi family, present the exciting development of the company as well as giving the group’s old and new employees and companies an insight into the vision, and strategic choices of the company, and the importance of the individual to the company.

Over 125 years, the challenges facing a company vary and change as society progresses. If one is to learn from the past, it is a challenge to view historical experiences as relevant in modern times. With many subsidiaries and employees from different cultures and generations, it is also vital that the message is presented in a way which is inclusive and that makes it accessible to everyone.

The way in which society, the family, the company, the individual can affect present day and future strategies is illustrated using plays, films, history lessons, lectures and discussions.
Social events, sightseeing trips around Oslo and not least the Holmenkollen Ski Jumping Sunday to round off the weekend, to ensure good personal and social relations.  
An extremely enthusiastic and proud group from Tschudi Shipping’s many companies were given an insight into 125 years of company history and were able to contribute to the company’s plans for the next 125 years.
