Training in mobile data for Netcom’s customer service

The purpose of Netcom’s customer centre is to give their customers the service they need. Therefore they wanted an internal training program that was more motivational than those they had used previously.

It is one thing to tear conscientiousness employees from a hectic working day for the benefit of training. Another is to make the training pleasant when those taking part are forced to attend.

Expology came up with an interactive solution - a multimedia role play which contains an exaggerated fictional framework. The participants follow a story via a PC screen with heroes and villains who meet challenges and obstacles. They must help the heroes to make the right decisions, so that the story can have a happy ending. And, by doing this, they also learn about fundamental problem solving in mobile data, so that they can give their customers guidance over the telephone.
